How we work, in plain terms

Who do you work with? +

Growing small and mid-sized businesses across Northern California. If you're past the startup scramble and ready to invest in getting found and growing, you're our kind of client. We're based in Eureka, but most of what we do works anywhere.

Do you only work with Humboldt County businesses? +

No. Humboldt is home and we love our local clients, but we work with businesses across Northern California and beyond. Web design, SEO, and advertising don't require us to be in the same room as you.

How does pricing work? +

It depends on the project, so we scope and quote each one after we understand what you need. Website builds are usually a fixed price; ongoing work like SEO or ads is a monthly amount. You'll always know the number before we start, with no surprises.

Do I have to sign a long contract? +

No long lock-in. Project work is defined by the project. Ongoing services run month to month after any initial ramp-up, because we'd rather earn your business every month than trap you in it.

How soon will I see results? +

It depends on the work. A new website goes live on a set timeline. Ads can bring traffic within days. SEO and local ranking usually build over one to three months. We give you a realistic timeline up front, not a fantasy.

Do I own my website, accounts, and data? +

Always. Your site, domain, Google profile, ad accounts, and analytics stay in your name and under your control. If we ever part ways, you keep everything, with nothing held hostage.

Can you work with my existing website, or do you have to rebuild it? +

Both are options. Sometimes a tune-up is all you need; sometimes a rebuild pays for itself quickly. We'll tell you honestly which one your situation calls for, even when it's the smaller job.

What makes you different from a big agency? +

You work directly with the person doing the work, not an account manager relaying messages to a junior team. That means straight answers, faster turnarounds, and no markup for layers you don't need.

What if I only need one thing, not everything? +

That's common and completely fine. Start with the one thing holding you back, a website, local search, an ADA audit, whatever it is. There's no requirement to buy the whole package.
